But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return & refund using a smart system and the process super easy.

How long do I have to make a return?

You have 30 days to make a return. You must send back and upload the return tracking number within 30 days from the delivery date.

8com store will always try to satisfy their customers, 8com stores offer a free return label for you to use, and you can choose either of the following two shipping companies as your return courier.

DPD

If your order containing more than one item then, the first return label in your order is free. If you later decide to return additional items from the same order, we will deduct £3 from your refund. You can use the provided return label (The size of the return label should be 102x152mm)

Royal Mail

How do I make a return?

1- 8com stores provide a very easy and simple return tool, you can find in the website home page footer a Return Request RMA.

2- Fill out your email and your order ID,

3- If you don’t remember your order ID, you can easily login to your account and get your order information from your account page.

4- Click found my order, once you get your order details you can select your item and click retune and refund

5- Once your return and refund request get approved, you will get the return AWB to your email.

6- Our carrier will contact you or you can drop the item to the nearest carrier collection point

How do I find the return label?

Once you submit your request and your request get approved from 8com stores operation team, you will get the AWB by email.

Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?

1. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, jewellery, beauty, underwear. We cannot offer refunds on cosmetic if the hygiene seal has been broken.

3. Final sales items and free gifts can't be returned.

Note:

1. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect processing your return.

2. Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non 8com products.

3. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact 8com stores Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.

How will I get my refund?

Your request will be processed within 14 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your 8comwallet or the original payment account, as per your request.

Note:

1.The original shipping fee, Handling fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.

2.Please contact us within 3 months if you have any issues with your orders.
